Delete a custom classifier value
DELETE/custom-classifiers/:id/values/:valueId
Deletes a value. Requires scope finance.custom_classifiers.write. Returns 422 (reason: in_use) when the value is assigned to a payable / receivable / transaction — soft-deactivate via PATCH { active: false } instead.
