Exit codes

Every kobana invocation exits with one of these codes, so a script can branch on failure class without parsing the JSON error body.

Code	Meaning
0	Success
1	API error (4xx/5xx)
2	Authentication error
3	Validation error
4	Schema error
5	Internal error
