Eliminar cuenta por cobrar

/receivables/:id

Hard-deletes the receivable. Requires scope finance.receivables.write. Dissolves any reconciliation and removes the auto-created receipt transaction (manually-linked transactions are preserved). Calling DELETE twice returns 204 then 404 (Stripe-style). Single-row — series-aware delete is not yet exposed.
