Returns the account plus the computed balance (live, derived from posted transactions — not the creation seed; #13). The listing still omits balance. Returns the same shape as the rows from the list endpoint. Requires scope finance.accounts. 404 covers both "doesn't exist" and "not in the tenant" — the API does not distinguish.

Rate limit exceeded for this token. Reads and writes have separate budgets, both on a 1-hour sliding window. The response carries X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, X-RateLimit-Reset and Retry-After — wait out Retry-After rather than retrying immediately.
