A single payment receipt. Returns the same shape as the rows from the list endpoint. Requires scope finance.receipts. 404 covers both "doesn't exist" and "not in the tenant" — the API does not distinguish. The bytes are not served here — follow download_url, which lives on the attachments resource and needs finance.attachments.

Missing / invalid / expired / revoked token.

Token lacks the finance.receipts scope, or sub does not match any workspace.

Receipt not found within the tenant.

Rate limit exceeded for this token. Reads and writes have separate budgets, both on a 1-hour sliding window. The response carries ratelimit-limit, ratelimit-remaining, ratelimit-reset and retry-after — wait out retry-after rather than retrying immediately.
