Hard-deletes the row. Requires scope finance.transactions.write. Deleting an auto-created row (one generated by paying / receiving a payable / receivable) returns 422 — cancel the source billing instead. Calling DELETE twice on the same id returns 200 then 404 (Stripe-style).
