Mirror of the payable detail — denorm names + counts + nominal_amount, plus the expanded classification_center_allocations[] / tax_charges[] arrays and the reconciliation group (null when not reconciled). Returns the same shape as the rows from the list endpoint. Requires scope finance.receivables. 404 covers both "doesn't exist" and "not in the tenant" — the API does not distinguish.
